Each 60 minute session illuminates the clogs and leaks in your own individual energy flow and offers practical solutions to get the juices moving again! It’s a blend of over a decade of experience as a Psychotherapist, insights from Human Design and Astrology, my own gifts of energy intuition and literally years of throwing both my body and ego on the line in service to the discovery of life’s mysteries.

I don’t do mediocrity (unless it’s the Divine Mediocrity that comes with trying and practicing a new skill). I don’t do half-heartedness (unless it’s the Holy Fear that visits right before we really take a leap). In a nutshell, we always move forward in spite of those things. We don’t let them hold us back. My ethos is “Crash Out all you want, as long as you keep moving your feet while you do it”. Real healing isn’t a cake walk and in the beginning, it certainly isn’t “empowering”. It’s embarrassing as shit. In order to become competent, we must expose our incompetence.
